I think he failed that test along time ago.It has been amazing, just his lack of…..well, leadership. There really isn’t any.
Instead of addressing issues it’s all former President Bush’s fault or the Republican’s fault.
Even after being in office this long, that is all he really has to say. It’s not my fault. Of course we also here things “the buck stops here” followed by “look at the mess we had when I came into office”.
