I am waiting for the back lash on this.Keep in mind that apparently Arizona has similar “tent cities” already set up to handle the amount of DUI offenders and inmates from crowded county jails.
This article also points out that the tent cities in Maricopa County get favorable news coverage and have proven politically popular.
Sounds like a good idea to me.
